NixLeads ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our Clients and their customers. This policy outlines how we process personal data as a Data Processor under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

​2. DATA WE PROCESS

We process data provided by our Clients (the Data Controllers), which may include:

​Contact Information: Names and mobile phone numbers for SMS reactivation.

​Communication Data: The content of SMS exchanges processed by our automated systems.

​3. HOW WE USE DATA (THE SYSTEM)

Data is used exclusively to provide AI-driven lead reactivation and appointment booking services. We utilize secure third-party infrastructure, including OpenAI (for automated response logic) and telecom gateways (for SMS delivery). We do not use Client data to train global AI models.

​4. SMS DISCLOSURE & OPT-OUT (CRITICAL)

​Consent: By providing a phone number to our Clients, users may receive automated SMS messages via the NixLeads system.

​Opt-Out: Recipients can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP".

​Sharing: Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

​5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

We implement industry-standard technical measures to prevent unauthorized access. Data is retained only for the duration of the active campaign or as required by the Client, after which it is securely purged from our active systems.

​6. YOUR RIGHTS

Under UK GDPR, individuals have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data. Requests should be directed to the relevant Data Controller (the Client).
